For centuries, Harvey’s Bristol Cream has been enjoyed at room temperature in special glasses called copitas. Today’s hipper crowd prefers Harveys chilled in a white wine glass or, even cooler, on the rocks in a tumbler with a wedge of orange. While standard cream sherries are merely sweetened Olorosos, Harveys is a proprietary blend of Fino, Amontillado, Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez!
